Version 1.7.1 (April 2015)

  • Styles : A default style for all actions in a document can now be specified.
  • Languages : A default language for enrichments can now be specified for a document.
  • Languages : The list of available languages shows now many more languages.
  • Archive : it is now posisble to archive organizations, users, folders, and documents (please contact onprint for this).
  • The "Export Clickstream" button now generate 2 files with detailed data, in a zip file.
  • API : a new REST API is now accessible for remote access, on top of previous API. This REST API will be expanded in the future to cover more and more remote needs.

Version 1.7 (March 2015)

  • Styles : It is now possible to customize the apparence of buttons and page titles on the smartphone.
  • XML Import/Export now allow styles to be directly specified in a a pseudo-CSS format encapsulated within the XML format.
  • Organization management pages have been simplified.

Version 1.6 (January 2015)

  • Campaigns now have attributes and features that make campaign manager's life easier (status, start and end date, etc. See online help for more details). You can even automate activation or deactivation of all documents in the campaign at specified dates (conditions apply).
  • Conflict detection upon document import : A new tab in the document dashboard section now shows conflict summary and details for that doc, and allow to reevaluate conflicts when needed.
  • Option "Auto trigger", to follow up automatically upon image recognition when the image as a single action associated.
  • Option "Hidden URL", that will disable the "open in external browser" button on that URL, and then hidding the URL to the user. These 2 new options require the mobile application on smartphone devices to be upgraded, for the options to operate.
  • Global title : for documents with many pages or zones it is now possible to specify at once the same image title for all.
  • Performances improvement on several pages, including organisation's administration pages.

Version 1.4.3 (July 2014)

  • A new command Check URL actions allows to verify all the URL links specified for one document, or individually for one URL action in the Enrichment page.
  • Mass import : a new API to import, enrich, and activate document is now available, to be called from a remote server.
  • Actions and associated fields are now described by a short text in the Enrichment page.
  • Importing actions (XML) in now much faster.
  • Minor bug fixes.

  • New document browser :

  • Current directory : double-click on a customer, a campaign or a folder to make it the new current directory. The breadcrumb at the top allows to go back up in the document tree.

  • Import directly your document with a drag & drop on the targetted folder, campaign or customer.
  • Right-click on an item (or left-click on the black icon) shows the action menu allowed for this item (and enabled for your roles).
  • Drag & drop an item across the tree list to move it to a different location (folder or campaign) inside the same customer.**
  • The input dialogs have been redesigned for better usability.

  • Performances of this document browser have been significantly improved, and allow now to handle large amount of documents.

  • Search feature is now "smart" and faster.

  • Actions Import and Export : New XML format This feature has been completely rewritten and expanded. You can now use it for pages splitted in zones, and more to come. Warning : Old XML files are not anymore accepted by the new import.
